Job Decription

Plan and execute periodic or ad-hoc internal control activities as required.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in internal control processes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal control procedures and systems.
Ensure the company’s business activities comply with internal processes, current legal regulations, and relevant international standards.
Collaborate with departments to develop and enhance procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Propose solutions to improve the internal control system and enhance operational efficiency.
Support the implementation of business improvement projects as directed by the Management Board.
Develop and enhance the quality of the company’s internal control system.Identify and assess potential risks, and propose effective preventive and corrective measures.
Provide information, analysis, and consultation to the Management Board to support effective business decision-making.

Requirement

University degree in Economics, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fieldsMinimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Control roles within the FMCG or F&B industry
Strong knowledge of auditing principles, internal control, and risk management
Excellent analytical, assessment, and information synthesis skills
Strong communication and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and English
Eagerness to learn and ability to work well under pressure.
