Reports toSenior Project Manager I Project Manager I Deputy Project Manager Job SummaryThe main duty is to assist and provide support to Senior Project Manager/Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager in the Project Management of all M&E engineering related issues from planning to implementation inclusive design, submission, approval and construction. Key Responsibilities - To assist Senior Project Manager/Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager in design check and review, and optimization of design prepared by M&E consultants; - To track and monitor all M&E activities inclusive development of design, issuance of drawings, submission of technical drawings, tender, contract, construction documentation and implementation; - To co-review with Senior Architect and recommend for approval M&E shop drawings & materials submission by Contractor; - To ensure that proper coordinated design information is provided by the design consultants to the contractors for the timely completion of the project; - To conduct and evaluate the detail alternative designs (M&E) & solutions of implementation in project; - To liaise with internal departments and consultants with regards to engineering and infrastructure operation matters; - To provide technical support to Construction Management team on design and construction issues; - To attend Site Meeting and Construction, Implementation & Quality Control Meeting. - To monitor defects rectification work; - To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company; - Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Competencies Required Minimum 5~7 years of experience or years of experience with relevant projects with project management/ consultant/ contractor/ real-estate investor. Skills & Abilities Good working knowledge in M&E engineering and construction. Technical and non-technical project management |
