Job Summary

The Partnership Development is responsible to assist the Product Manager in building new relationship, strengthening the existing network in order to achieve main business metric, accelerate acquisition through partnership channel (e.g. developer’s in-house sales and distribution channels)

Key Responsiblities

- Drive the acquisitions from EF projects to at least 30% of the new Housing loan sales.

- Drive monthly activities with key distribution channels.

- Collaborate with Sales team to meet EF project sales targets to be eligible for monthly incentives.

- Support Line Manager on process improvement to strengthen EF projects/Housing loan competitiveness

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree

- At least 5 years of working experience.

- Experience in real estate/property sales preferred; banking or secured lending a plus

-Independent, goal-oriented, and innovative problem-solver

- Highly driven and resilient under pressure

- Strong English skills and working knowledge - MS Office
