Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for acquiring, growing and deepening profitable customer relationship through effective relationship management, with special focus on providing services and advisory services in areas of lending personal financial needs and objective.
Key Responsiblities
- Deliver sales excellence by identifying and meeting the needs of retail lending customers.
- Diligence in helping line manager to maintain and to develop business relationship with partners
- Provide exceptional service quality through high-quality work, accurate application completion, effective handling of customer complaints, and strict adherence to banking regulations in Vietnam.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree. Majoring in Business, Banking, Finance is a plus.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, with banking or financial services experience highly valued.
- Fast learner with a high commitment to career growth in banking, even for those from a non-banking industry.
