Area of Responsibility

• Manage intercompany Sales Orders/STO’s & communicate availability date promptly.

• Facilitate back orders to all intercompany PO’s/SO’s

• Communicate pro-actively to Intercompany about the Product EOL or Supply delays and other

related to material availabilities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific logistics needs and requirements

• Monitor and analyze logistics costs and provide recommendations for improvements

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate and ensure timely delivery of

finished goods to intercompany/BU’s.

• Send Booking request to Freight Forwarders and coordinate shipment process.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and other documents related to logistics execution.

• Check and confirm the draft BL & follow up to confirm the ATD and obtain the final HBL from

the FF.

• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure service level

agreements are met

• Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Supply Planning & Logistics

Manager.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Possess at least 3-5 years' experience in Logistics and Supply chain relevant functions.
• Experience in SAP is mandatory & advanced Excel skills.
• Strong Analytical and Project Management skills
• Good communications & problem-solving skills
• A good team player with the willingness to learn new things
• Preferably from FMCG, Chemicals, Oil & Gas with B2C experience
