Member Promotion Executive

Job Description

1. Event management: Kids Club - Members Club (50%)
-       Follow monthly card recruitment as setted target
-       Planning & propose activities/ promotion for Kids Club
-       Coordinate with MD and partners to offer benefit for Kid Club card holders
-       Guiding & manage G2 staff to process Kids Club activities, promotion, events, baby fair to make sure all activities runned as target
-       Promoting & Planning Meon Chan images and activities to be AEON prepresentative characters

2. Manage Mobile app (20%)
-       Follow monthly AEON Mobile app recruitment, managing all App fuction, customers feedback, review
-       Planning Mobile app ideas and find new functions to promote app and adapt customers' need
-       Plan & execute Promotion, activation, POSM, communication relating to Mobile app
-       Work with internal Departments & External suppliers, Partners to process activities, promotion, fuction relating to Mobile app

3. Other duties
-       Support company events or team activities
-       Quarterly survey competitors to learn their good practices and suggest improvement for AEON
-       Support to developing new trend/ activity to enrich customers’ shopping/ lifestyle experience
-       Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
-       Contribute to develop marketing plans and strategies.
-       Evaluate marketing campaigns by collecting feedback and prepare report.
-       Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Deputy Marketing Manager.
4. Rules and Regulations: Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

Requirement

-       University graduated with the major of Marketing, Business or equivalent.
-       Minimum 03 year of related experience.
-       Good communication skill & Management skill
-       Good command of spoken and written English.
-       Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
-       Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
-       Good relationship management
