Job Summary

Key Responsibilities   

- Conduct Sales Tour of the Club Facilities/ Services and give guidance to customer on the type of membership category best suited to their needs and requests as directed by the Company Standard;

- Be responsible for the administration of membership paperwork and to ensure that it is processed accordingly;

- Be responsible for recording and reporting daily sales, appointments, conversions, ect;

- In conjunction with the Line Manager be responsible for the management of the membership database and sales systems;

- Be fully aware of promotional activities and sales targets;

- Achieve on a daily basis standards and target, as set down by the company with regards to Key performance indicators;

- Contribute to membership campaigns/ adverts/ offers at aimed at raising revenue and services profile and maintain the brand image;

- Develop and maintain relationships with current members on a name to name basis as well as tele sales action;

- Be responsive to member feedback and complaints related to membership and work towards timely resolution;

- Determine prospect's goal and motivation through a thorough Needs Analysis;

- Consistently look for opportunities to gain new members and elevate service levels;

- Developing relations with the community and local businesses by involving them in community events;

- Actively build a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals;

- Assists other departments/ Club activities as needed;

- Ensure procedures and systems are practiced within the scope/ requirement of the Company;

- Properly utilize performance feedback, recognition, training, and adherence to company policies, legal requirements;

- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health, Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company;

- Performs other assignments requested by the Management.

Qualifications

College Diploma with major in Business/Economic/Accountant is preferable    

Competencies Required

At least 1 year experience

Skills & Abilities

- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft office

- Basic English both writing & Speaking

- Basic communication 

- Enthusiastic and high attention to detail
