[Gamuda Land] Officer - Sales Support

Manager/Deputy Manager

Job Summary

To manage the sales master control.

Key Responsibilities

- ​To coordinate, support sales team to complete sales documentations, contracts, review forms, submit for signing contract… 

- To support keying in purchaser information in the system.

- To be the key person to receive the reservation form and all the documents that related to sales matters.

- To do periodic reports and urgent reports for sales achievement according to the supervisor’s request.

- To support other tasks related to sales team, purchaser, sales staff;

- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company;

- Other tasks by Deputy Manager/Manager’s request.

Qualifications

Bachelor in relevant majors

Competencies Required

Relevant experience is an advantage

Skills & Abilities
