Job Summary
Safeguard the reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and draft legal advice; preparing and writing legal documents or cases;
- Translate legal documents and other documents;
- Corporate with law firms to follow up and complete in target task;
- Store legal files and documents; Update legal documents;
- Improve knowledge of alterations in legislation;
- Submit and follow up with the submission of application dossiers, legal documents as assigned;
- Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance;
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations;
- Draft, review agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights;
- Evaluate proposals, action plans and other situations that may have legal impact and determine pertinent course of action as required;
- Counsel the management and staff in all legal questions, review legal documents and assistance in negotiations;
- Mandating and coordinating the external law firms and monitoring of litigation; Assists in the preparation of documents for court cases/ arbitrations;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build strong relationships with clients, and demonstrate ability to drive results in business development;
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company;
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
Competencies Required
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in an inhouse Legal Department or a law firm

- Self-research, logical & comprehensive thinking
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
