(Senior) IT Applications & Data Integration Supervisor
Job Description
The position of (Senior) IT Applications & Data Integration Supervisor is to ensure the smooth operation, integration, and continuous improvement of our business-critical IT applications. This role will act as the bridge between IT, business teams, and third-party application providers, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and effective cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure stable operation of all business IT applications developed and maintained by third-party vendors.
- Oversee and validate the seamless and accurate data transfer from SAP to Power BI and other platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data flow and integration issues across systems, ensuring data is shared properly and securely between platforms.
- View and manage user permissions in all applications, ensure compliance with DOA and company policies and procedures.
- Support business teams in the development and rollout of new applications, including technical coordination and ensuring alignment with existing systems.
- Review and validate system maintenance costs and software license fees, ensuring all charges are accurately recorded and properly allocated.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities through automation and better application usage, application of AI in business areas.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure timely support, issue resolution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience working with enterprise applications, system integration, or IT business support roles.
- Familiarity with SAP (especially data structures) and Power BI or other BI tools.
- Understanding of data flow, APIs, and system interoperability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills, especially in cross-functional collaboration.
