Job Summary

To be in charge of Sport & facilities at Celadon Sports & Resort Club & other Club Operation per Management request.

Key Responsibilities   

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of working area;

- Maintain effective public relations and service with a smile to all members, guests and staffs;

- To make sure all outlets facilities are ready for operation at all times;

- To ensure that sufficient toiletry at restroom at all times;

- To ensure proper operation in power saving, checking supporting accessories & keep facilities in order, as well as maintaining good condition of the equipments in the Club;

- To ensure that all members or guests who are using the sports / games facilities are properly registered obey the rules and regulations of the club;

- Perform all general club duties as assigned;

- Perform clerical work as directed by Head of Department or management;

- Taking regular patrol in the area to ensure safety, security & cleanliness of the pool, gym, changing rooms…;

- Watch out & assist in safety of swimmers in the pool, as well as members in Gym & other sports;

- Checking, recording & handling with chemical treatment of the pool water as per O&M Manual;

- To keep an eye on the towel usage of the members, and to ensure of daily stocktaking & inventory;

- To inform the immediate superior immediately of any problems encountered during operations;

- To maintain a watchful eye out for MEMBERS NEEDS;

- To assist in managing tournaments, mixers and club leagues;

- Do the vacuum cleaning of the pool regularly as per instructed;

- To check the whole Club area and do the handover to Security team after night shift end;

- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health, Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.

Qualifications

Diploma in Sport, preferable in Physical Training, Personal Trainer, Swimming Coach, Tennis Coach. Having a Lifeguard Certificate is a plus point

Computer literate. Can speak basic English
